Unisource Contract, Inc. was founded and incorporated in January 2000 by its founder & President Mr. Luis A. Esteves. At the very beginning and with a lot of efforts and hardworking, were located in a basic office/store operation in Santurce.

Approaching corporate & institutional accounts, Governments agencies, and many others, Unisource team had a tremendous success in getting the patronage of several important companies island wide.

In 2003, a 16,000sq/ft warehouse and offices building was developed to meet the growing trend of Unisource.

In 2004, Unisource is selected as the “Allsteel” & “Gunlocke” dealer for Puerto Rico and in charge to develop the contract office furniture market approaching corporate accounts and A&D community.

In 2005, a 4000sq/ft  showroom is opened at #173 Puente Street, Muñoz Rivera  Ave. displaying the latest selections and new trends in the office furniture market.

In 2006, a new image & logo design is created to reflect our mission as a mayor contract furniture source and adopting the slogan, Unisource, making your office a living space!!!

In 2007 & 2008 Unisource was selected as the prime vendor for several important corporate accounts projects to furnish their facilities like, COSVI New Facilities (8th complete floors), Dept. of Education New Facilities(693 workstations)

In 2009 & 2010 Unisource completed also all the furnishing for New Puerto Rico Sheraton Hotel - San Juan & also the new 5-star Hotel St.Regis among other important projects completed like Mauna-Coop, Florida-Coop, Coop.Naguabeña, University of PR - Aguadilla Campus New Library Facilities, University of PR Medical Sciences Campus-Clinicas & Students Labs, among others.
