In May 2004, after a deep market search, Unisource
was selected as the Allsteel International Dealer for Puerto
Rico’s territory. Since then, Unisource has been in
charge of developing a “communication bridge”
between the A&D Community and Allsteel’s product
line.

Unisource, has completed several important
projects & installations, and just to name a few, De La
Cruz Skerrett Law Offices. The New Puerto Rico Convention
Center,(Phase I, II, & III) American Express-Puerto Rico-HQ’s,
Reliable Financial Services, the new building for the Puerto
Rico Electric Power Authority, Merck Pharma, Schering-Plough,
Pepsi-Americas, Acosta Law Offices, Ivax MFG., Lifelink-Puerto
Rico, EJE Sociedad Publicitaria, COSVI, among many others.

In May 2005, Unisource celebrated the opening
of its new and very modern showroom centrically located at
#1105 Main Roosevelt Ave. During the opening received the
pleasant visit of Architects, Designers, Customers from private
and government agencies and friends and spent a very delightful
night.

During September 28-30, 2006, Unisource was
a mayor exhibitor and sponsor at the 28th Convención
de Arquitectos y Arquitectos Paisajistas de PR, displaying
the full range of the “MENU”
series.

In March 29, 2007 Unisource in conjunction
with Allsteel’s Human Factor and Ergonomic Manager Mr.
Scott Openshaw has organized and presented an educational
seminar in which we discussed “Their importance and
relevance in the Office Design Process” in which top
architectural firms attended and valued the importance of
these educational seminars and also a very dynamic Q&A
session was held after the meeting. All attendees were delighted
with a succulent dinner in Restaurant Morton’s at the
Caribe Hilton Hotel. Once again, this is proof of Unisource’s
commitment of being a proactive company.

In
June 2007, the Unisource’s executive
staff has attended the “NEOCON 07” show
which is the biggest contract office furniture show in the
United States. At this show all the mayor contract office
furniture manufacturers, has displayed the latest trends in
our industry. Allsteel International, proudly
featured at “Neocon 07” the complete new series
“REACH” “where the wall becomes
storage and the storage is the wall”. “Reach”
was presented with a number of significant changes and additions
like Integrated Wardrobe, also integrated with “Adept”
that divides space and provides privacy.
